“ I think this is the best customizer app out there! There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's super powerful and has a lot of great features, and the customer service has been excellent as well.
We make custom products with lots of different fabric and feature options - some of our products have over 50 million possible variants! CPB handles them with ease.
We had some issues with compatibility with Managed Markets and the buildateam developers were able to get that fixed promptly! (tldr: make sure to use "hybrid-generated price variants" if using Managed Markets).
If using Auto-generated variants, I highly recommend combining this with the Arigato Automation app, to set up a workflow to hide the auto-generated products from search and product recommendations, and also delete them after a specified amount of time so they don't clutter up your products as much. ”

Vlad has helped and guided me to learn the app and make it function the way I want. It's not rocket science, but there is a learning curve which takes time to learn all the options and settings. The only issue I have is the How-to videos need to be re-done. The person explaining the steps in the video speaks way to fast and needs to slow down in showing what settings and option do in the app. Definitely recommend the app if you have a custom product to sell. ”
